Paano ang tamang pagluto ng Sinampalukang Manok?




Ingredients
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 pc Onion
2 pcs Tomato
2 pcs Ginger
2 pcs Red And Green Chili
1 pc Whole Chicken
1 tbsp Patis
1 L Water
1 cup Tamarind Leaves
1 cup Sitaw





Instruction
Step1: 5 Min Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, tomato, ginger and finger chili for 5 minutes.
Step2: 10 Min Add chicken and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes while stirring every few minutes. 
Step3: 15 Min Pour water, bring to a boil and skim the scum. Stir in tamarind leaves and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step4: 2 Min Add sitaw and simmer for 2 minutes. 

Stir in MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG®. Transfer into and serving bowl and serve.
